1. Intellectual Property

All artworks, calligraphy designs, music, course materials, written content, videos, recordings, and visual assets on this website are the intellectual property of Heartfulness Gallery and artist Latifah unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

2. Artwork & Handmade Pieces

Each artwork and calligraphy piece is handmade and unique. Slight variations in texture, color, brushstroke, or framing may naturally occur as part of the artistic process.

Custom-made pieces are created specifically for the client and may require approval before production begins.

3. Courses, Workshops & Sessions

By enrolling in any course, workshop, private session, or experience, you acknowledge that the content provided is intended for educational, artistic, mindfulness, and self-exploration purposes only.

These experiences are not a replacement for psychological, psychiatric, or medical treatment.

Participants are responsible for their own emotional, physical, and personal wellbeing during and after sessions.
